Guidelines

1. This voucher is valid for one test only for the person mentioned in this voucher prior to their departure from the UAE as per the requirements of their home country or destination.
2. This voucher is not redeemable for any cash value and expires on your check out date
3. This voucher is non transferrable under any circumstances
4. Please provide this voucher to a health professional between the specified hours and location as specified below to receive one free COVID test for the individual mentioned above,

• RAK Medical Center – Al Hamra Mall (10.00 AM to 2.00 PM) – Contact +971 7 227 8308
• RAK Hospital, Al Juwais, Ras Al Khaimah (open 24×7) – Contact +971 7 207 4444
  (children below 12 years of age has to do their COVID testing only in RAK Hospital)

5. Please provide your personal email address to receive your printable COVID test result via email from the test center within 12 – 24 hours after testing.
6. All tourists have to bring the following documents for the COVID testing
   – Original Passport with valid tourist visa
   – Copy of Hotel Booking
   – Copy of Air Ticket
7. Visitors are advised to follow the dress code guidelines by wearing respectful clothing.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Voucher is only redeemable for one test and specifically for international tourist whose name is mentioned in this voucher.
2. The International tourist must be an overnight visitor registered under a reservation in his or her name at a licensed hospitality establishment in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
3. This voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for any cash value and expires on the check-out date
4. Test must be conducted prior to the departure to the home country or destination and based on the requirement of their home country or destination.
5. Responsibility to ascertain any required COVID testing for travel requirements is the sole responsibility of the tourist.
6. RAK TDA, RAK Hospital and the hospitality establishment of Ras Al Khaimah or any other related stake holders are absolved of any responsibility from liability for damages or losses.
7. The tourist must abide by all local laws and regulations in the event of a positive test and must follow the appropriate quarantine procedures and all precautionary health care measures and required by the laws of the UAE.
8. The redemption of this voucher by the tourist confirmed that he or she reviewed and understood these Terms and Conditions along with the specific points mentioned on the front side of this voucher.
9. RAK TDA and RAK Hospital will inform the health authorities in case of any positive result for Covid-19.
10. The guest’s information will be collected and stored for future communications.

Any violation to the guidelines and the terms and condition will result to the rejection of the voucher.
