(1) RAKATION Summer Campaign (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by RAK TDA Holding Company L.L.C having its address at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, collectively referred as to the “Promoter”. The Promotion is open to all nationalities with a valid ID.
(2) This promotion is valid from 15th of June 2022 and ends on the 15th of September 2022 (the “Term”)
(3) The Promotion is only applicable to the customers with room reservations for a minimum of three consecutive nights during the Promotion Period in Ras Al Khaimah Participating Hotels. Any Eligible Room Booking at one of the Participating Hotels during the Promotion Period will receive two (2) Free Jais Sledder vouchers and one 30 per cent discount voucher which can be redeemed at Jais Flight, Jais Sky Tour, Jais Sledder (for additional tickets) and 1484 by Puro.
(4) The “RAKATION Summer Campaign” promotion expires on 15th September 2022. No vouchers may be claimed after 30 September 2022.
(5) Free Jais Sledder and 30% discount vouchers must be surrendered upon redemption and are only redeemed for the Rewards mentioned on it. Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered in lieu.
(6) By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.
(7) Offers under this promotion cannot be redeemed or combined with any other offer.
(8) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the activities offered.
(9) The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of each activity/experience provider.
(10) A physical copy of the free Jais Sledder voucher must be presented to redeem this offer.
(11) A physical copy of the 30 per cent discount voucher must be presented at the desired activity / outlet to redeem the discount.
(12) Customers with free Jais Sledder vouchers will utilize the Jais Sledder top station for their sledder experience
(13) Combined weight of driver and passenger on each sled cannot exceed 150 kgs and riders must be able to wear seat belt correctly
(14) Maximum weight limit for Jais Flight is 120 kgs and for Jais Sky Tour is 100 kgs; minimum height requirement is 122 cm and minimum weight requirement is 40 kgs
(15) Customers must reach out to the call center (+971 4 815 7333) to get their Jais Flight and Jais Sky Tour bookings confirmed. Call center will share the payment link for the desired slots with the customers.
(16) Reservation is required prior to visit at 1484 by Puro. Reservation must be made online at https://puro.ae/1484-by-puro/. For further enquiries, customers can call +971 4815 7333.
(17) Jais Sledder is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10.30 to 18.30; the last ride ends at 6 PM
(18) Jais Flight is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30 to 17:00
(19) Jais Sky Tour is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30 to 14:00
(20) All further terms and conditions that apply to the experiences can be found on the official website visitjebeljais.com. Customers must be within all the required limitations and adhere to terms & conditions as mentioned in this website
(21) The activity / experience provider retains the right to change/close rides at any time due to any operational reason
(22) All customers are required to sign a waiver. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for participants under 18 years old.
(23) Customers must adhere to transportation pick-up and drop off timings
(24) Customers are provided with transportation on first come first serve basis and activity / experience provider does not bear responsibility to provide any additional transportation
(25) Any other customers with zipline bookings can avail of the free shuttle bus transportation. However, the driver will prioritize hotel guests participating in the campaign first, followed by other guests with zipline bookings
(26) Guests taking the free shuttle service can only avail the Jais Sky Tour experience between 10:30 to 14:00
(27) Free shuttle buses will run twice daily every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday during the campaign period
