The expansive waterfront destination of Mina Al Arab is situated on the shores of the Arabian Gulf. The small, village-inspired urban area gives residents modern facilities such as boutique shopping, dining and a convenient supermarket. Almost 800 acres of wide-open space, landscaped gardens, communal areas and ecological reserves provide a sense of peace and harmony for residents and nature. Some of the most impressive coastal mangroves provide a home to colourful flamingoes, nutrient-rich waters, fish, crustaceans and water-loving mammals.
Nature is the focus of the community. Throughout the gated living quarters are sporting facilities, temperature-controlled swimming pools, a football ground, tennis courts, a basketball court and jogging or running tracks. There is also a special playground so that children can play safely and have fun.
The Mina Al Arab running track weaves prettily through the perfectly manicured gardens and along the bustling promenade. Walkers, joggers and runners can traverse the main ‘red’ route or go off course and enjoy a spot of nature along the unique nature trails. Conveniently placed benches are dotted along the course so that runners can rest or relax and enjoy the forever changing views.
