Saqr Park is ideal for family picnics and barbeques in dedicated areas. The park is a lovely place for a picnic or a barbeque. You can seek shade under the trees and spend hours of fun-filled time with your family or friends. The park is serenely beautiful, and there are plenty of trails for the kids to explore, play hide and seek or enjoy the children’s play area, merry-go-round, carousel, splash ride, rollercoaster, bumper cars, the Ferris wheel or the arcade. Operated by Ras Al Khaimah Animal Welfare Centre, Pawsome Park is a pet-friendly environment where you can have playdates with other well-behaved doggies! The Instagrammable park is the first outdoor dog park in the United Arab Emirates, so you can take your dog to walk, play, swim and fetch. Each dog will have a behavioural assessment before entering the park to ensure they play well with other animals and humans. The agility park encourages exercise and mental stimulation, and you can even have a canine birthday party to celebrate another year with your beloved pooch. Pawsome Park has a dedicated area for small dogs under 10 kilogrammes. If you don’t have a dog (or cat), RAKAWC has many rescued animals that would love a home and a play in the park!
