Al Hamra Golf Club

Al Hamra Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course, has been perfectly planned and sculpted by internationally renowned golf course architect Peter Harradine. The course is diverse with four open water lagoons, undulating desert landscapes and manicured greens on the shores of the Arabian Gulf. The five tee options on each hole give golfers of all abilities the ideal opportunity to enjoy the ultimate in golf. The Par 72 championship golf course measures 7,325 yards. The front nine holes measures 3,578 yards, and the back measures 3,747 yards. The beautifully landscaped course rises and falls around a series of lagoons and bunkers along the beachfront. Whether a complete novice or an accomplished player, the course provides some interesting challenges.

Managed by Troon, the Al Hamra golf course ranks as one of the finest in the region. Troon strives to create extraordinary guest and member experiences through personalised service, consistency, and uncompromising attention to detail. The United Arab Emirates has relatively short daylight hours; the sun sets around 7 pm each day. Al Hamra Golf Club has state-of-the-art zero-pollution floodlights that allow golfers to play well into the night. The floodlit section of the golf course combines the front and back nine holes, giving golf enthusiasts more course time. The club offers various social events under the night sky. The club also boasts an impressive putting green, golf shop and fully-equipped CrossFit gymnasium. In 2022, Al Hamra Golf Club was home to nine exciting back-to-back DP World Tour events.

Before or after a game, you can enjoy various cold refreshments and dine from comprehensive menus in The Bay, Belgian Beer Café or Maison Mathis.
