A world of extraordinary encounters awaits at RAK Zoo, the UAE’s first and largest private zoo. Set within lush green landscapes, this remarkable sanctuary offers animal lovers the chance to connect with wildlife up close, through powerful, personal experiences that inspire wonder and respect.

More than a zoo, it is a rescue-led sanctuary where 90% of the animals have been saved from illegal trade or private collections, given a second journey in a protected environment. Visitors can meet Koba, the world-famous chimpanzee, through exclusive bonding experiences, bottle-feed adult tigers, come face to face with a lion, or gently interact with a cheetah. A Mini Zoo introduces younger residents, while tropical bird encounters and horseback riding add further adventure. For a deeper experience, private golf cart tours with a personal guide offer one-on-one access to the wild. Located just five minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, every visit directly supports ongoing conservation and care.
