  • At the Top
  • Wadi Bih
  • Aquaventure Waterpark
  • Louvre Abu Dhabi

Whether you enjoy taking pictures surrounded by nature or are eager to show off your vacation adventures, these locations are worthwhile choices.

Jebel Jais Viewing Deck Park

Conquering the long drive up to the Jebel Jais Viewing Deck Park area is more than worth it, as the view you’re rewarded with is wonderfully Instagrammable.

Making it to the top of Jebel Jais affords you mountaintop sunrises and sunsets that are ideal backdrops for Instagram pictures, and the zig-zagging mountain road leading to the park makes for exciting photos.

The world’s longest zipline Jais Flight is a heart-pounding addition to Jebel Jais, and if you’d like to record your plummet for Instagram, you’ll want to ensure it’s entirely secure on your person before you begin. The Jais Flight will get up to speeds of 160 kmph. The zipline ride lasts about 3 minutes and will take you 1680 meters above the Arabian Gulf flying through jagged mountains and deep ravines like a real life superhero.

Al Mamzar Beach Park

The Dubai skyline looks flawless from the vantage point of Al Mamzar Beach Park, making it a great background or subject. The feel of the warm sand at your feet may help inspire you to take dozens of inspiring pictures of stunning blue waters, lush green lawns, and a memorable, striking skyline.

After you’ve taken the ideal photos, you can sit down and enjoy a picnic at one of the many umbrella-covered tables! You’re also likely to find a few food vendors in or near the park during your visit, so you can opt to purchase various meals and snacks on the go.

Taking gorgeous photos to upload onto Instagram is easy and relaxing at Al Mamzar Beach Park.

Al Sawan Camel Race Track

A morning trip to the Al Sawan Camel Race Track could be the ideal way to start the day. After all, if you arrive in the winter by 6.30, you’ll be able to spend your Friday morning watching camel races at the track.

Camel racing is one of the most beloved and traditional sports in the UAE, and people have been practicing it for centuries. So videos and photos of sunrise races at the Al Sawan Camel Race Track will surely become treasured Instagram uploads that attract positive attention.

To get to the race track, hire a taxi in Dubai or drive a personal vehicle. While you could visit any day of the week, it’s best to visit early on Friday mornings to catch a race.

Wadi Shawka

Instagrammers who enjoy taking pictures of natural landscapes and wonders will want to spend time exploring Wadi Shawka, a massive sprawl of unspoiled land north of the village of Shawka.

This area is rich in hiking trails, many of which lead upward toward towering platforms that reveal panoramic views of the surrounding valley. The sky looks a little brighter and bluer from these vantage points.

When contrasted with the sun-drenched vegetation, these sharp colors can saturate your Instagram photos and videos, making them more vivid and eye-catching. Overall, it’s one of the most Instagrammable locations in Ras Al Khaimah.

At the Top

The Burj Khalifa is one of the most recognizable buildings in Dubai (and the world). Those looking for the highest-quality aerial skyline photographs can’t beat the views from the top of this iconic skyscraper.

When you choose the At the Top experience, you’ll enjoy the luxurious ambiance in The Lounge Burj Khalifa and take a few Instagram photos of the Dubai skyline, which stretches out in all directions around the window-walled lounge.

Take a ride in the world’s fastest double deck elevators. The elevators cruise at 10 minutes per second and will take you to Level 124. There are several high powered telescopes that will allow you to take in the view below. There’s also a public observation terrace with 360 views of the city. Level 125 is at 456 meters above the ground. There is another aerial deck that allows you to look at the skyline. There is a glass floor that will allow you to explore the world below.

Suwaidi Pearls Pearl Farm

Suwaidi Pearls is the ideal place for tropical views of serene ocean waters and cloud-topped mountains. One of the best ways to get clear images of these wonders is by standing in the back of a pearl fishing boat during the dawn or mid-afternoon.

If you’re free for the day, you can also sign up for a tour of the farm. This educational tour is an excellent way to gain a better appreciation for your timeless vacation Instagram upload. The UAE and specially Ras Al Khaimah has an extraordinary pearl fishing history dating back over seven millenia. Archaeologists have uncovered evidence of a thriving pearl industry in the 12th century that helped Ras Al Khaimah become one of the busiest trading ports in the region.

In honor of his late grandfather, Abdulla Al Suwaidi opened Suwaidi Pearl Farm in 2005. The farm is also a great way to observe the rich biodiversity of the area while learning about the history of pearl farming. Visitors can also enjoy their trip by having lunch or dinner at the pearl farm by booking a tour with a meal.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Aquaventure Waterpark is a massive international attraction and one of the most Instagrammable destinations in the UAE. Situated on a strip of golden-yellow sand in Dubai, this magnificent water park offers nearly unlimited photo opportunities. If Dubai is on your travel itinerary be sure to visit Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis, The Palm.

With the park’s permission, you can take exciting first-person videos on a device like a GoPro. Capture fun action shots while slipping down water slides, catch up-close underwater snaps of sharks while submerged in their tank, and take family holiday photos to share with family.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

The Louvre Abu Dhabi should definitely be on your travel itinerary. The museum is located on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi and was designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Jean Nouvel. The most striking architectural feature is the structure’s futuristic dome made of 7,850 stars that filter through cutouts which create a display of “rain of light.”

You will see many social media savvy visitors queuing up under the dome for the perfect photo. The cutouts on the dome also cast wonderful shadows and bursts of light under the dome that make interesting photos as well. There are also several platforms that extend into the sea for some Instagram worthy photos of the sea.
