With the 2023 WMF Minifootball World Cup (WMF) about to kick-off in Ras Al Khaimah, it’s time to plan your food, drink and entertainment around this mega sporting event, and there’s no better place to do that than at the official WMF Fan Zone.

Open throughout the international football competition, which runs from 26 October to 4 November, the WMF Fan Zone is free to enter (apart from certain ticketed areas) and offers fun for football fans of all ages. Here’s a run-down of what to expect.

Watch the live action

To watch WMF games streamed live, head to the Fan Zone, a paid ticketed area within the WMF Fan Zone. Soak up the atmosphere and excitement as you watch live matches on super-large screens with fellow fans as your companions. When you’re not cheering for your team, take part in activities and contests or enjoy live beats from the in-house DJ and MC.

A separate ticket is required for entry, and additional fees apply for participation in activities within this zone. Click here to get your ticket to the Fan Zone.

Eat, drink and be merry

Feeling hungry after watching your favourite team play? Head to the WMF Fan Zone’s dedicated food court where you’ll find a wide range of dining options and cuisines, from local flavours to international favourites. Entry is free so you can eat when and where you like.

There’s comfortable seating with a lively atmosphere so you can tuck into a snack or full meal while feasting on the WMF vibe. Choose from multiple well-known vendors including Hardee’s Restaurants, Burger King and Budweiser.

Keep the kids happy
Young fans have plenty of games and activities to keep them entertained in the Kids Zone, a dedicated play area within the WMF Fan Zone. An entry fee is required, but once the kids are inside, every activity is included in the price, giving parents peace of mind and their children, endless hours of fun, with some football-themed activities thrown in to keep the WMF atmosphere alive.

Highlights include face painting, balloon benders, a football combo jumping castle, games galore, and much more. It’s a safe space to play and make new friends and trained staff are on hand for supervised play. Click here to get your ticket to the Fan Zone.

Football-themed games for all

It’s not just the little ones that get the chance to play in the WMF Fan Zone – big kids can get stuck into a range of sports-themed fun at the dedicated Games & Activities Zone, a paid ticketed area for WMF-goers of all ages.

Compete with fellow fans at dart soccer, human foosball and foosball games, or prove your skills in sports tournaments and challenges, with prizes and rewards up for grabs.
