Mekong, named after the longest river in Southeast Asia, is a restaurant at Anantara Mina Al Arab that specializes in Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisine. Menu highlights include grilled duck roll, lobster and scallop dumpling, red curry, shrimp fried rice, and pad Thai. It location on the water’s edge, with an al fresco dining terrace, also allow guests to dine with a glorious view of the ocean.
Mekong is open daily for dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday brunch from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Meze is an indoor-outdoor restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. It offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, especially from the al fresco dining area located on a raised deck by the water. Meze serves modern Turkish cuisine. Seafood Shack at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island is a lively restaurant that serves seafood and barbecue. It has a raw bar, a live fire barbecue station, sunset sessions with a live DJ every night, and a fun brunch every Saturday. Al fresco dining is available on the shisha terrace overlooking the resort’s beautiful swimming pool.
Seafood Shack is open from Thursdays through Sundays until 1 a.m. Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, it opens at 4 p.m., while Saturdays, it opens at 1 p.m.

NEO Sky Bar is open from June to September, Sunday to Thursday, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Saturday, 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. It’s closed during the summer months.
Dar Zellij at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island is an indoor-outdoor restaurant that celebrates Moroccan flavors and traditions. Orient is a fine-dining Turkish restaurant at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah. It has an extensive menu featuring elaborate Turkish dishes, including salatik dövme, mucver, ezine and domates, peynirli pide, lahmacun, kiyma, beef shish, and ali nazik. Shore House is a seafood restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. The warm wooden floors and chairs, the bright blue cushions, and the roped-off wooden deck that serves as the al fresco restaurant area give the restaurant a decidedly maritime theme. The entire venue, from the inside to the outside, offers stunning views of the pool, the beach, and the sea. La Loca Café & Lounge near the Old Market on Corniche Al Qawasim Street is a charming café with a white and brick-red facade with mullioned glass windows and a fenced patio with outdoor seating. It offers iced, hot, and specialty coffees as well as frappes,mojitos, energy drinks, soft drinks, and fresh juices. It also serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, cakes, and sweets.
La Loca Café & Lounge is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
Decaf Dessert and Coffee Lab is a beautiful café on Flamingo Beach. Its location on the second floor of a beachfront building means 180-degree views of the shore and the water from the outdoor terrace. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls means maximum amount of natural light, while the Japandi-Scandi interior combines Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian simplicity. It serves single-origin coffee, mocktails, smoothies, fresh juices, sandwiches, croissants, and salads. The afternoon tea is a must-try.
Decaf Dessert and Coffee Lab is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until midnight.
