Highlights include acili ezme with finely chopped seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs with spicy, sour pomegranate sauce or tabouleh, and finely chopped parsley mixed with tomato, mint, onion, fine bulgur wheat with olive oil and lemon dressing. The grilled rack of lamb is individually carved and cooked to your liking with your choice of accompanying side dishes and sauces.
