Savour fresh and flavoursome Mediterranean-inspired dishes with an emphasis on Italian cuisine at Basilico, a popular casual fine-dining restaurant at Cove Rotana Resort. Fresh ingredients and authentic flavours define this venue, where the menu offers dishes to suit all tastes, from boards and mezze to share, salads and succulent seafood, to mains that include fine cuts of meat from the ‘Butcher’s Premium Selection’ and salmon, lobster, prawns, seabass and the catch of the day ‘From the Fishmonger’.
Homemade specialties, signature risottos and pastas, and stretched pizzas provide a true taste of Italy. Dine inside where the brown-brick arched ceilings and rich wooden furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere and a vibrant open kitchen with live cooking stations adds theatre to your dining experience, or head to the terrace where Arabian Sea views await.
Basilico is open for lunch and dinner daily, with a gourmet brunch every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm.
