Located in Al Nadiyah Complex by the Arabian Sea, Mellows combines beachside cool with health-conscious creativity. Signature bowls such as the Chicken Guacamole Bowl, Herb Steak Bowl and Baked Almond Crusted Chicken Bowl highlight quality ingredients and bold flavour. Guests can build their own bowls with coconut rice, salmon and green curry, or choose from roasted cauliflower salad, baked nachos and gluten-free options.
