(1)RAK Funderful Campaign (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by RAK TDA Holding Company L.L.C having its address at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, collectively referred as to the “Promoter”. The Promotion is open to all nationalities, aged 18 years and above with a valid ID, mobile number and email ID, except the following:
(a) Employees (and their immediate family member) of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as representatives or agents of the Promoter
(2) The term of the Promotion is from 24th January to 31st May 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
(3) The Promotion is open to customers who stay a minimum of two nights during the Promotion Period in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE at Ras Al Khaimah Hotels (“Participating Hotels”). Any eligible stay at one of the Participating Hotels during the Promotion Period shall qualify (“Qualifying Stay”) the customer to participate. The minimum stay required for the Qualifying Stay shall be not less than 2 consecutive nights.
(4) Every Qualifying Stay will receive 1 entry for:
(i) One bi-weekly (2 x month) prize draw (for the avoidance of doubt this means that only one draw occurs after the Qualifying Stay).
(ii) Grand prize draw (at the end of the campaign)
(5) Weekly Prizes and Draws:
There will be one draw held on a bi-weekly basis every Tuesday, starting from 9th February 2021 until 18th May 2021 at the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority offices. Each bi-weekly draw will generate 5 winners.
(6) The grand prize draw will be held in June 2021:

(7) The Promoter may change the draw dates at its sole discretion and without any notice.
(8) The bi-weekly prizes shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the awarding entities (Hotels, Restaurants, Shopping Centers “Malls”, Toroverde L.L.C, Swaidi Pearls Farm, BGEC, etc.).
(9) Grand prize / apartment type and location is at the discretion of the Promoter. Any additional costs related to extra upgrades or changes shall be paid for and agreed between the winner and the property manager directly.
(10) The winners will be notified by telephone individually after the draw has been conducted. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner or to dispose of the prize as it deems fit.
(11) If any winner is subsequently found to be ineligible to participate in this Promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.
(12) The Promoter’s decision in any and all matters related to the promotion and prizes are final. The prize will be issued in the winner’s name only. The prizes are not subject to exchange, transfer or conversion to cash.
(13) The winners shall collect their prize within 30 days of the relevant draw. Failure to collect the prizes within the specified dates will result in forfeiture at the Promoter’s discretion.
(14) The winners may be required to take part in promotion activities which may include having his or her photograph taken along with nationality being disclosed.
(15) By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each winner agrees that the Promoter may use their information and pictures in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner.
(16) To claim the prize, winners must present valid ID and a proof of Qualifying Stay.
(17) Winners are responsible for tax liability, fees or expenses where applicable.
(18) By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.
(19) Winners who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified for the same.
(20) Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.
(21) All winners shall indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiary companies, as well as representatives, agents and employees of the Promoter against any loss whatsoever caused to the winner of the draw by an event or circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
(22) The Promoter is not responsible for any warranty or representation in relation to the prizes and shall not be responsible for the proper functioning of the prizes or any defect, loss or injury resulting from the use of the prizes.
(23) Without any further notice, the Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah.
(24) By accepting these terms and conditions all participants agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Promoter and stored on the Promoter’s database and used for the administration of its ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the Promotion.
(25) These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
(26) Any dispute arising out of or connected to this promotion shall be exclusively resolved by Ras Al Khaimah courts.
